President & Chief Operating Officer. Must have administrative, sales and engineering background in a Company with U.S.A. and international manufacturing and $500 million or more in annual sales. Mature experience needed.

Purchasing Agent. Must have engineering background and experience with a manufacturing company with annual sales of $500 million or more.

Human Resources Manager. Must have experience with a manufacturing company with annual sales of $100 million or more.

Government Relations Manager. Must have a good track record in securing government contracts in the Energy Field.

Proposal Writer. Must have a good background and experience in writing proposals for government contracts. Will report to Government Relations Manager.

It is expected that these positions will be available in the last quarter of 2007 in a new Fuel Cell manufacturing plant in South Florida.
