Electric Vehicle Program

The Company has already received purchase orders for its Electric Propulsion Systems for installation into vehicles to be supplied by others.

The Company will also offer to replace the existing batteries in fleet vehicles with a Lead Cobalt Battery – Apollo Fuel Cell combination (including a Solar Cell in some cases), -- or with a complete Electric Propulsion System consisting of a battery, fuel cell, solar cell, electric motor and electronic motor controller. The retrofitting can be done at the fleet owner site or at other facilities to be provided by the Company (see Products and Services).

Among the many types of fleet owners in the United States, Electric Utility Companies are in most need of this service as they have been forced, under the Energy Policy Act of 1992, to buy sub-standard-performing Zero Emission Electric Vehicles which are under-utilized because of short range and long recharging time (see Electric Vehicle Performance and Battery Cost Comparison).

The Company will contact Electric Utility Companies which purchased MARS II Electric Cars in the past (see Other Customers) and will offer this new service to them initially. There are approximately 3,000 Electric Utility Companies in the United States, all of which could use this service in the opinion of the Company.

Once this program is under way, the Company will offer a battery – fuel cell combination, or a complete electric propulsion system, to Original Equipment Manufacturers of various types of electric vehicles such as Neighborhood Electric Cars, Personnel Carriers, Golf Carts and Electric Fork Lift Trucks.

At a later date, the Company may offer to license the production of its Silver Volt II Electric Car, MARS III Electric Car, and ASV-1 Air Supported Electric Vehicle to vehicle manufacturers in the United States and abroad under the condition that these vehicles will always be equipped with the Company’s Electric Propulsion System.
